KEY ELEMENTS OF THE MORPHEUS CONCEPT

Morpheus has identified six critical drivers that will lead to widespread and effective use of biometrics:

• Identity Ownership: Individuals own their biometric profile created through Workplace Identity Enrollment. The biometric profile includes the rich digital images of the specific biometrics - finger, iris, facial, voice, signature and hand scans collected at enrollment. The Company will fully disclose its uses of the biometric data; notify the consumer of any change or expansion of the data’s use; and always permit the consumer to make the choice of agreeing or disagreeing with the new use. If an organization originates the enrollment (pays for it), it retains the right to order unlimited templates from the enrollment as long as the individual is employed or otherwise associated with the organization.

•Singular Enrollment: Morpheus One & Done™ captures rich original biometric images for finger, face, hand and iris as well as voice recordings and digital/dynamic signature at one time.

• Workplace Enrollment: Commercial organizations will require employees, vendors and contractors to enroll their biometric identity for workplace security. The workplace security will involve both physical (entering buildings or areas) and logical (access to various levels on data or information) access.

• Identity Exchange using Expiring Templates: Morpheus Biometrics Data Exchange (BDX)™ - a secure, convenient and flexible solution to create biometric data templates from an individual’s rich images for distribution to institutions of their choice.

• Chain of Trust™: Ensures the privacy and security of an individual’s biometric images and templates from enrollment through storage and distribution. It starts during the enrollment process with validation of an individual’s identity and identity documents, continues with visual confirmation of each biometric captured, a signed contract of privacy between Morpheus and the individual, high level encryption of all data and deletion of all data daily from each enrollment center.

• Insured Image Vault: Secure off-line data storage of biometric image data - “ The Safe Deposit Box for your Identity” continues when the original images are maintained in a level III secure site.
